All information is presented accurately and appropriately and represents the total operation of the institution. The submissions to the Commission during 2008 and 2009 demonstrate compliance with this principle [1] [2].

Prairie View A&M University posts its financial reports in the reports library on the University's website [3] [4]. These reports include the Annual Financial Report [5] and Annual Operating Budget [6]. The consolidated report for the Texas A&M University System may be viewed on the Texas A&M University System web page [7].

The FY2008 State of Texas Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) report is available on the Windows on State Government website [8].
